Little Machaba

The classic 1950s safari style of Little Machaba boasts grand living spaces and tastefully designed interiors. Located in Botswana’s Khwai Concession, Little Machaba inhabits an area highly populated with wildlife. The beauty of this luxury camp is that there is no need to leave the comfort of your own tent to view wildlife roaming the vast floodplains in front of you. 

The Khwai Concession is a world-renowned 180,000ha reserve adjacent to Moremi Game Reserve in the northeastern reaches of the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Activities on offer include morning, evening, and nighttime game drives, guided walks and visits to local communities. Back at Little Machaba, lounge by the swimming pool on the camp’s main deck, browse through the onsite library or be pampered by the spa therapist in the comfort of your room.

This exclusive camp has only a handful of luxury safari tents including luxury family tents, with en-suite bathrooms, living areas and authentic outdoor showers. All tents are on raised decks with meandering pathways leading from tent to tent. Decadent meals are prepared by local chefs who have been in the industry for years and are all too familiar with providing a fine dining experience laced with local and international flavour.
