An old colonial home now restored, De Hoop Opstal Manor House is settled on the Garden Route as well as the Whale Route in De Hoop Nature Reserve. Rich greenery along with seasonal flower fields make for breathtaking vistas along the coastal reserve. This manor house provides luxury living that is still close to nature.

When not observing the plant life or the whales, hop on a cruise, go for a hike, mountain bike through the well-marked trails or view game such as the Cape mountain zebra and mischievous baboons. The Manor House is also nearby the tennis court, swimming pool and boules courtyard so that you are never left without something to do.

You are invited to either rent individual rooms in the house or to occupy the entire Manor. Indulge in included breakfasts and dinners while lunches can either be prepared for you at the onsite Fig Tree Restaurant or on your own terms in the Manor House fully equipped kitchen.
