Stunning views and adherence to eco-friendly policies make Nuarro Lodge a gem in Mozambique’s crown of luxury lodges. All the lodge buildings are designed in such a way as to maximize the sea breeze, meaning no need for environmentally unfriendly air-conditioning. The main beach is over 2km long, plenty of space to lay down a mat and sleep away the day!
With its own fully equipped dive centre and facilities to teach PADI dive courses, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran this place has the diving for you. The waters are teeming with stunning fish and colourful corals abound. The reefs around here are also pretty much restricted to Nuarro Lodge use so they aren’t crowded and are in pristine condition.
Accommodation consists of 10 luxury beachfront chalets and two cottages built from local materials and amenities include a panoramic restaurant with cocktail bar, an activity centre and beach bar and a main reception area make up this stylish Mozambique lodge. Each chalet has its own spacious verandah complete with hammocks and sun loungers while the interiors are similar in style each has some unique bits and bobs sourced from local artists.
