Agama Tented Camp

Agama Tented Camp is hidden amongst indigenous flora in a secluded valley in Namaqualand. Relax, unwind and enjoy the refreshing experience of becoming part of the bush, with encounters with a variety of small game and gemsbuck. Enjoy the tranquillity of sundowners as the kaleidoscope of day gives way to the blackness of night and stars. 

Embark on early morning drives, sundowners with picturesque views, hikes and time spent huddled around a fire in the boma. In the Flower Season the veld around the camp is carpeted with wildflowers in breath-taking hues. Guests can stroll through the veld soaking up the beauty or explore wildflower trails and routes.

The comfortable and lantern-lit tents all have spacious decks from where guests can absorb this unexplored part of the country. The electricity-free tents feature gas heaters, twin and king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with hot showers. In the afternoons after a day of exploring this exquisite landscape, cool off in the swimming pool and enjoy a drink from the bar.
